Proper Rewards Program?
Yes! In the new program, you’ll earn points rather than specific rewards. You will have flexibility to redeem points for a reward of your choice! We will continue to recognize our VIP and Chef’s Table members with special perks.
How do I access my account?
You will either log into our app or online if a return customer or start with ‘Create Account’ at order.properfood.com.
How do I earn points?
At checkout our team will ask if you are part of the program; give them your phone number or scan the QR code on the app. Your account is now linked with points added after purchase!
How do I turn points into rewards?
Visit the points shop online or in the app and ‘claim’ the reward you wish to use! It will be good for 30 days in your account until you go to use.
What is the Points Shop?
Our points shop is where you will purchase your rewards with your points.
Make sure to claim your rewards before approaching the counter via the app or online. Our cashiers cannot purchase rewards for you using your points.
What are the Chef’s Table and VIP Tiers? How does it work?
Level up with extra rewards with our VIP or Chef’s Table. To be a member of VIP you need to earn 200 points and for Chef’s Table 800 points. For expiration, once you have earned Chef’s Table or VIP in the last 12 months, it is valid for 365 days. Once you hit the 365 day mark, we will look back 12 months to see if you’ve earned it again.
What is the Birthday Reward?
This reward is for a free breakfast cup! This reward will expire after 30 days after receiving.
What is the expiration date for rewards in The Points Shop?
Once a customer purchases their reward in The Points Shop, they have 30 days to use it in their account. If you do not use it, the reward will disappear and those points will not go back into your account
A Proper App?
Yes! We recommend using the app to easily convert your points and also access your personalized QR code to scan at checkout.
